Affiliate rates
Members of Editors Canada (EC), the Editorial Freelancers Association (EFA), the Journalism and Women Symposium (JAWS), and the Society for News Design (SND) are eligible for the ACES member discount. Contact your organization for the discount code. Email us if your organization is not here.

ACES Code of Conduct
Attendance at ACES VCON26 is contingent upon acceptance of the ACES Code of Conduct (see below).

Refund policy
Refunds will not be available after registering for this event. The Whova conference app and affiliated session content will be available for up to 90 days following the close of the conference, through December 16, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. ET. Registrations are non-transferrable.  

Registration tips
Anyone can register a nonmember (guest). Please follow the option that applies to you:
